The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Medacs Healthcare of 33 Soho Square, London, W1D 3QU. The recipient of up to £2,500 payment is the “Referrer”. The Referrer will qualify for a payment of up to £2,500 (subject to tax and National Insurance Contributions) if each of the following conditions are met: The Referrer must; (a) recommend to the Promoter either a NMC registered nurse or a HCPC registered paramedic, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist who subsequently registers with the Promoter; (b) Have consent from the person being recommended (the “Candidate”) and (c) ensure that the Candidate confirms the Referrer’s full name when registering with the Promoter. The Candidate referred must; (a) have a valid NMC or HCPC number; (b) be eligible to work in the UK; (c) not already be registered with the Promoter at the point of referral and (d) commence work within six months of the registration date. The Promoter will pay up to £1,000 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer within the monthly pay run that follows the Candidate passing their probation with Medacs Healthcare (Usually 6 months). The Promoter will then pay the remaining £1,500 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer within the monthly pay run that follows the Candidate completing nine months with Medacs Healthcare. If the probation period is extended, the same payment terms will apply, whereby the applicable payment will be made within the monthly pay run that follows successful passing of probation. The payments outlined in this referral bonus scheme are applicable for referrals where the Candidate is contracted to full-time hours. Payments will be adjusted for part-time Candidates based on their contractual full-time equivalent. Payments laid out under this scheme will not be payable to the referrer, if either the candidate or the referrer are within their notice period or no longer employed by Medacs Health Assessment Services. Queries relating to this PIP Functional Assessor referral bonus scheme are not managed by HR or Payroll and should be sent to HASSLT@medacs.com only. The Referrer may recommend more than one individual Candidate, and each recommendation will allow them to become eligible for more than one payment, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting a referral, the Referrer is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
